The accuracy of each piece is a key parameter in the manufacture of our products.

The principle of machining is, with the aid of the machine tool, to remove the surplus material so as to give the blank form desired. The tool generates independently the movements needed to ensure the necessary accuracy and the power needed to make the cut. The machining is obtained by cutting material of the item. The cut is made by moving a cutting tool to manipulate the cut on the item.

We use machining only where necessary because it is a technical costly work, (that is cost in working time, thickness of material removed, wear and tear of the machine tool, tool, oil, electricity, storage).

Therefore all these elements will determine the type of machining parameters, necessary finishing, checking to make, the aim is to define the dimensions of the finished piece, precision, geometry and the status of all surfaces that constitute the workpiece.
